Your chakras are energy centers that flow up the center of your body. Using crystals can help keep chakras aligned and balanced for more vitality and health of body, mind, and spirit.
For this lying-down meditation, you'll need one crystal for each chakra.
- Place a hematite crystal on your root chakra, which is at the base of your spine.
- Place a carnelian crystal on your sacral charka, which is in the center of your body just below your belly button.
- Place a citrine crystal on your solar plexus chakra, which is in the middle of your body just below your xiphoid process (the tip of your sternum).
- Place a rose quartz crystal on your heart chakra, which is in the center of your chest.
- Place a chalcedony crystal on your throat chakra, which is just on top of your thyroid gland.
- Place an amethyst crystal on your third eye chakra, which is in the center of your forehead.
- Place a clear quartz crystal touching your crown chakra, which is the center of the top of your head.
- Close your eyes and begin to breathe deeply, in through your nose and out through your mouth.
- When you feel relaxed, visualize a beam of white light flowing down from above your head and entering your crown chakra through the crystal.
- Then, visualize that energy flowing downward through your center line, down through each crystal and each chakra.
- When the light has reached the root chakra, visualize it flowing back up through the chakras and crystals.
- Lie in the energy for as long as you wish.
