Located in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts, Cape Cod Inflatable Park is quite unlike most other amusement parks. It features a large selection of inflatable rides, both wet and dry, for kids as well as adults.
Park and Attractions
The theme park is divided into three zones: inflatable park, challenge zone, and toddler zone. In 2018, The H2O zone will be added, as well as several new dry rides for the inflatable park.
Inflatable Park
In the Inflatable Park zone, you'll find a variety of wet and dry inflatable rides. The wet inflatable rides encompass a variety of different slides, including one that looks like you slide through the mouth of a great white shark. On the dry rides, you'll find more slides and different inflatable attractions that involve climbing or even riding a bull!
Challenge Zone
The Challenge Zone, sponsored by Powerade, is a series of different obstacles that will take adventurous souls soaring, swinging, and climbing to new heights. There is a personal trainer who will help guide you through each of the seven challenges.
Toddler Zone
The Toddler Zone is for guests under 38 inches tall. Toddlers will be measured at the admission booth upon entering the park and must have the appropriate wristbands to use rides there. Adults accompanying kids will be given a complimentary Toddler Zone wristband.
Attractions in the Toddler Zone include a variety of water slides, dry inflatables, bounce houses, tee ball, slip n' slide, and more.
The H2O Zone
There will be a new section called The H2O that will essentially double the size of the park and add a lazy river, an aqua play area (tipping buckets) with four slides, a toddler area with two slides and a pool, a lily pad walk with different skill levels, and a VIP pool for cabana rental guests only. New slides round out the offerings here for the upcoming season.
Eating at the Park
You can't bring outside food into the park, so you're limited to Shark Bites Cafe and/or Italian Ice. Shark Bites serves a variety of adult beverages, non-alcoholic drinks, and food. There are appetizers like onion rings, mac & cheese bites, and broccoli cheese puffs. Pizza and plates like Black Angus burger, shrimp basket, and honey BBQ chicken are also options. Smaller kids' meals are available too.
A new food truck is being planned for the 2018 season.
Prices and Passes
You pay for admission to each section. If you want to experience the attractions in the Inflatable Park, Challenge Zone and The H2O, you can purchase a multi-zone combo pass.
Summer Rates
For the summer, all-day rates grant you access from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- $25 for an individual park (Inflatable, Challenge, H2O)
- $40 for a two-park combo pass
- $50 for a three-park combo pass
- $15 for a senior pass to The H2O
- $20 for a toddler pass to either Inflatable Park or The H2O
- $30 for a toddler two-park combo pass
To save some money, you may consider coming to the park after 4 p.m., noting that the water rides are only available until 6 p.m.

Season Passes
Season passes are available if you plan on visiting frequently. They cost $50 for any one of the three parks, or $130 if you want a combo pass for access to all three parks.
Notes on Pricing
Adults who don't plan to ride any attractions can enter the Inflatable Zone and Challenge Zone for free. They just won't receive a wristband that allows them access to the rides outside of the toddler area where they can supervise kids. If the toddlers want to enjoy the bigger rides, you will have to purchase a regular wristband at the adult price. New for the 2018 season, guests who want to enter the H2O section will also need to purchase a pass.
If you're in the park for less than two hours and it needs to be closed due to inclement weather, you'll receive a free pass that gives you access to the park on another day during the current operating year.
Complimentary parking is available. If you're planning to visit as a group, contact the park for potential group discounts.
Important Things to Know
Parents will likely have a number of questions about Cape Code Inflatable Park, including safety measures. Here are a few important things first-time visitors should know.
- All rides are supervised. In addition, there is a first aid station next to the entrance where you'll find first aid certified staff.
- All guests need to sign a waiver, and if you're under 18, a parent or guardian needs to sign. Download the waiver and bring it to the park to save time at ticketing.
- They use BactiBarrier antibacterial spray on all rides and patio furniture, which prevents rashes or infections. This spray is used in medical centers and large public areas where kids are present.
- Those entering the Challenge Zone will find an air bag system that allows participants to get the full experience without having a restrictive safety harness.
- Socks are required for all dry attractions, and you'll be going barefoot on the water based rides. If you forget to bring them, they sell socks for $1 and rent towels for a small fee. Lockers are also available for a small fee.
- Attractions change based on what slides and inflatables they have for the season. For 2018, there are a lot of new slides and attractions planned.
- Online reservations and advanced rentals for cabanas aren't available. Call the park on the day of your visit to get a reservation for that day only. There are 19 cabanas, and they do fill up quickly, so call the park at 508-771-6060 first thing in the morning to reserve.
Hours and Directions
Cape Code Inflatable Park is open seasonally, typically closing for the winter.
- School Vacation Week: Dry rides and Challenge Park only, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Spring Season (end of April through early June): Weekends only, dry rides only, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Summer Season (early June through early September): 7 days a week, all rides, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., water rides until 6 p.m.
- Fall Season (early September to early October): Weekends only, dry rides only, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Getting to the park requires crossing Cape Cod Canal over the Sagamore Bridge. Then, you'll follow Mid Cape Highway (Route 6) east to Willow Street (Exit 7). Turn left after exiting onto Willow Street. Take the second left onto Higgins Crowell Road. You'll drive approximately 1.4 miles and then turn left at the second set of lights onto Route 28. You'll see the park on the left-hand side approximately a 1/2 mile up.
If you need them, Cape Cod Inflatable Park's website has directions to the park from various locations, including New Jersey, New York, Boston (Logan), and Worcester.
Birthday Parties
Cape Cod Inflatable Park can set up birthday parties. Choose from Park Package or Park Package + Arcade Package. Both include use of the Inflatable Park all day, plus two hours exclusive use of a party gazebo. The gazebo includes party supplies, pizza, and juice or soft drinks. The combo price is $350 for 10 children during summer. Additional children are $35 each. It's $100 less to do this during the spring or fall seasons.
Inflatable Park Resorts
If you want to stay in the area, there are two affiliated resorts: the Cape Cod Family Resort and Town N Country Family Resort.
The Cape Cod Family Resort has 69 rooms and is adjacent to the Inflatable Park. The rooms have been newly renovated, and it has an indoor heated pool, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, ping pong tables, access to Shark Tank Arcade and Shark Bites Cafe, and more.
The Town N Country Family Resort has family suites that accommodate up to six people. Amenities on the property include BBQ grills, indoor heated pool, and seasonal outdoor pool. There are renovations currently taking place, so it's wise to check in for status before booking a room directly.
Available Discounts
If you book your stay online or by phone, you can inquire about the Stay N' Play Package, which provides complimentary admission to the park for up to four people. The Stay N' Play package is based on accommodations at Cape Cod Family Resort.
Also check on websites like Groupon to see if there are discounts available for the upcoming season. You might save up to 40% on a combination ticket.
Ratings and Reviews
Ratings and reviews on sites like TripAdvisor and Yelp are generally positive, but parents did note a few concerns.
Several people on Yelp complained about the high price to get through the door for an inflatable park. The attractions aren't really marked, and it's confusing to get around. Some people didn't realize socks were required for the dry rides, so they had to pay $1 per pair for each kid. TripAdvisor users note concerns over lack of adequate shade as it gets extremely hot during the summer months. Several parents complained about rude employees several years back and fears about the actual safety of the attractions.
There were also notations on the difficulty of the Challenge Zone. One parent recommended you shouldn't bring out of shape kids here as they may feel down about not completing the challenges; some are pretty tough. Lines can also quite get long, especially during summer, so make sure to pack on the sun protection!
When it comes to the hotels/resorts, reviews on sites like Expedia and Booking.com are also relatively favorable. Negative complaints centered around the size of the rooms being too small and a musty smell from the air conditioner.
A Unique Cape Cod Experience
If you happen to be in the Cape Cod area, spending a day at Cape Cod Inflatable Park might be fun, especially if you have younger children. It's definitely a unique experience, and it can be a good deal if you do the Stay N' Play package through the sister resort, as you get free admission to the Inflatable Park. If you're traveling with a large group or live out of the area, it might be an expensive adventure for only one afternoon.
