Ingredients
- 2 ounces coconut rum
- 1½ ounce + ½ ounce blue curaçao
- 1½ ounces orange juice
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1½ ounces peach liqueur
- 1½ ounces cranberry juice
- 3 cups ice
Instructions
- In a blender, add half the ice along with the coconut rum, 1½ ounces of blue curaçao, and orange juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into cocktail glass.
- In a cleaned blender, add remaining ice along with vodka, peach liqueur, and cranberry juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into cocktail glass, creating a second layer.
- Top off with the remaining ½ ounce of blue curaçao.
